| Barbara and Joe Trecola established TREA CORP Appraisal in 1991.
However, Barb and Joe have been specializing in the valuation of all forms of residential
property for over ten years. All appraisals are performed in accordance to the Uniform
Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and are written according to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, and/or ERC guidelines. TREA CORP is
an active member of The Appraisal Foundation, which is authorized by the U.S. Congress as the
source of Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualifications. The firm is also an active
member of the Michigan Multiple Listing Service REALMATRIX and the REALCOMPII Multiple Listing
Service. |

| Barb Trecola has over fourteen years of experience in real estate
appraising, underwriting, and mortgage loan processing. The past eleven of those years
have been dedicated solely to appraising thousands of residential properties. Barb has
been an associate member of the Appraisal Institute since 1989. The Appraisal Institute is
the world leading organization of professional real estate appraisers and members must
comply with a strict code of ethics and continuing education requirements. In addition,
Barb has been on the FHA/HUD Approved Appraiser List since 1989 and was certified by the
Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) to perform appraisals on MSHDA
financed residential real estate. Barb is a graduate of the University of Utah with a BA
in Fine Arts. |

| Joe Trecola has over eighteen years experience in real estate
investment. The past nine of those years have been dedicated solely to appraising
thousands of residential properties. He is on the FHA/HUD Approved Appraiser List, and has
been certified by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) to perform
appraisals on MSHDA financed residential real estate. Joe is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC),
which is devoted to serving the needs of relocating employees and their employers. He has
been awarded their Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation. In addition, Joe
has been extensively trained in the appraisal techniques and methodologies used in solving
the unique valuation problems encountered in the appraisal of real estate for condemnation
purposes. Joe is a graduate of the University of Utah with a BS in Accounting. |
