Professional (CRP) designation, Joe Trecola, partner at TREA CORP Appraisal, is uniquely
qualified to perform relocation appraisals. Because the purpose of a relocation appraisal
is to accurately estimate the Anticipated Sales Price
for a relocating employee's property, as opposed to its current Fair Market Value, it's paramount that an extensive market
analysis be performed. In addition to his many years of residential appraisal experience,
Joe employs computer-generated statistical market analysis to aid him in estimating past,
present, and future market conditions. This extensive analysis is included in the
appraisal report in the form of clear, concise, easy-to-understand color graphs. |

establishing a convenient appointment time for the appraisal inspection. During this
thorough inspection, Joe encourages relocating employees to provide input on the positive
